Hi there! I'm Jessica & this is my story! Photography is something I have enjoyed for as long as I can remember. My earlier images were full of action and focused primarily outdoors on mud rides, trail rides, football games, etc. Nature was a favorite of mine from the beginning.
My love for photographing people came to me after the birth of my first child in 2018. Only days after my Caesarean section, I found myself lying on the ground attempting to pose my son for a newborn shoot. (At least that return trip to the hospital gave me time to edit the photos lol.) This passion awoke a whole new part of my soul. I'd found my calling! I studied my tail off to learn my camera inside and out! I participated in workshops, photography courses & worked hard to ensure every photo I captured was better than the last. With the help of my amazing husband and wonderful sister, I transformed my lifelong passion into a business by 2021. I am living the dream and wouldn't change a thing :)
I am happily married to Justin Sills, my husband of 9 years. We are the proud parents of two beautiful 5 year old kiddos, Hudson & Stella. As a wife and mother, I've learned quite a bit about myself. It is relatively clear that I love with every part of my being. From a young age, I have been known to put myself last. This plays a big part in my love for photography. Other's emotions and energies feed my creative mind. From the moment you first inquire and long past the delivery of the final images, you will have my full attention. I adore capturing authentic moments and emotions and promise to give you my all. Trust me to cover not only a chapter, but the entire story.
